Providing day-to-day support and “issue” fixes, and engaged in installing, updating and moving IT equipment.

** About our Client:

Our client in the Denver Area is looking for a candidate to be part of a great team. It’s a structured, supportive environment that rides on reliable expectations while still allowing for a good deal of independent work.

** What You’ll be Doing:

Providing Technical Assistance for various User Questions/Issues.
Setup, Configuration, and Troubleshooting for Windows 7/8, Office, and Apple Mobile Devices.
Resolving various computer and equipment problems and repairs. Decommissioning retired hardware securely Maintaining and updating documentation and processes

** What We’re Looking For:

Friendly People skills
Experience with troubleshooting issues both deskside and remotely
Able to resolve a majority of common computer issues
Aptitude with security procedures, i.e. wiping retired equipment.

** What we’re offering:

Looking to contract someone for nine months at a very competitive rate. There are no plans to transition this to a full-time position, but it’s a great opportunity to work hard!
