Our client in the Denver Area is looking for a candidate to be part of a great team. It’s dynamic work in the financial sector as a part of a Credit Union.  It’s a larger company that gives you an opportunity to lead a team and succeed in a finance organization that’s beholden to its members rather than its stockholders

 ** What You’ll be Doing

You’ll provide leadership and manage the Data Warehousing unit.
You’ll construct logical and physical data models to support Business Intelligence Initiatives
You’ll develop and maintain web-based and client/server Apps
You’ll apply BI solutions, principles, and practices to research and propose conceptual and logical solution architectures
You’ll collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needsd.

 ** What we’re Looking For

Works well with others

Broad technical aptitude and knowledge specifically in data warehousing, ETL, BI and integration techniques
Team Lead+ Level background and experience
Lots of experience with Sharepoint and with SQL Server

Would like to see: T-SQL, HTML, Javascript, Jquery, .Net, RESTful services SOAP, Qlikview, Tableu
Proven Communication and Teamwork efficacy

Excellent Analytical, critical reasoning, and Troubleshooting ability

Background in the Finance Industry is a plus!

** What we’re Offering

Initially, this is a 4-month contract-to-hire position demanding a high level of skill and expertise.  We’re looking to staff this role with a solid long-term candidate, and this could be a great way to lead a software team in a effective local organization.
