Our client in the DTC is looking for a candidate to be part of a great team. It’s a larger company with an established presence that serves clients nationwide. It’s a great place to work for a structured environment to help you focus on developing code.
** What You’ll be Doing
This position is responsible for all aspects of project management including scope definition, requirements gathering, cost reporting, planning, design, and deployment.
You’ll perform general project management functions by establishing timetables and priorities for task completion
You’ll monitor work plans to meet project deadlines and achieve project goals.
You’ll wield communication skills to manage resources, provide weekly status reports, and project plan updates.
You’ll assist in budget preparation and develops cost benefit analysis
** What we’re Looking For
7+ years of experience working in Scrum master/Project management
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred
Interpersonal, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience with team building, conflict resolution, situational awareness, and team negotiation abilities
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and processes
