The Challenge

A Colorado-based mortgage company was using spreadsheets and manual processes to conduct its business.  This resulted in the application and approval process taking too long, frustrating customers and loan officers alike.

The Solution

The system makes the process of completing the loan application and disclosure forms much more efficient. With interfaces to numerous mortgage service companies built in, loan officers can easily transfer data to the partner of their choice. Sairoop currently is building a Silverlight-based distributed infrastructure for the firm to allow them to scale to even greater heights.  Sairoop also provides custom web application development, geospatial marketing, and property lookup mapping interfaces, meaning property and tax information can be viewed for any address.  In serving this client, Sairoop exhibited strong abilities in the following technologies:  Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, Cloud, SalesForce.com, SharePoint, SQL Server, and SSRS.

The Results

Our client now has a custom, state-of-the-art, end-to-end automated lending system, complete with a WCF-based Business layer and a user-friendly interface.  These improvements, and the efficiencies they have enabled, have raised the status of the client to one of Colorado’s top-rated mortgage lenders.
