** What You’ll be Doing

Lead technical architecture of next generation service delivery platforms with SalesForce/ SalesCloud and ServiceCloud at the center
Make critical architectural decisions, review and approve technical, deployment and API/end-to-end Integration designs
Be the expert in SalesForce features and functionality, including Strategic Partners such as Apptus
Specify systems architecture, application design, systems integration methods, and data migration tools and techniques
Work closely with Business and Technology analysts to understand the future business direction with the goal of optimizing the integrated service delivery platform architecture
Produce high-level conceptual designs and technical specifications for custom development and system integration requirements.  Ensure design/specification properly address business requirements, follows architecture standards and appropriately leverages native Salesforce capabilities.
Develop and maintain an understanding of our business and technical  architecture within the Salesforce.com domain and drive strategic roadmaps and plans
Provide hands-on development and/or oversight on delegated tasks to other team members as needed
** What we’re Looking For

10+ years of enterprise application architecture/design/development experience using Apex and VisualForce
Hands-on, extensive experience with SalesForce and partner applications as well as Enterprise workflow and integration technologies
Experience in SFDC with end-to-end implementation experience in Sales, Service and Force.com Cloud
Strong Object-Oriented design skills with good coding disciples
Should be well-versed in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies and development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment, and test driven development and continuous integration
Peoplesoft HR and Financials Experience is a definite plus
Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g., STASH) and version control systems such as GIT, SVN, VSS, CVS, etc.
The ideal candidate also has hands-on expertise in multiple of the following technologies: Force.com, APEX, VisualForce, Workflows, OBM, Integration/EAI technologies (e.g. Mulesoft, Pervasive, Informatica, Jitterbit, ESB, etc.), Java, JavaScript, ASP,C++Java/J2EE, including SOAP, RESTful, .NET and related technologies (JSON, XML, etc), common frameworks such as struts, spring, hibernate, etc. and database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures). Experience using Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE).
