We work with candidates on an individual basis with an emphasis on both personal growth and organizational development. We help both commercial and government clients overcome their demanding IT gaps, and we help candidates realize their top value.
** What You’ll be Doing
You’ll be sourcing candidates for client requisitions.
You’ll be tracking research activities and methods.
You’ll be part of candidate screening and relationship management.
You’ll be working independently throughout the full recruiting cycle
You should be ready to use headhunting techniques to source particularly rare or talented candidates
** What we’re Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment
Extremely proficient communication skills – be ready to write blogs based on your recruiting acumen
Experience with sourcing via talent networks and social media.
Work with Bullhorn or other tracking methods, even excel is a plus!
Strong personal relationship-building and organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines.
